Lorena Jurado is a Professional Development and Leadership Strategist whose approach is shaped by more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry, including guest service roles across Players Club operations, Casino Marketing, and Player Development. She began her career as a Players Club Ambassador, building a strong foundation in customer service and learning how meaningful, consistent interactions create loyalty, trust, and long-term value.
As her career progressed into Casino Hosting and eventually leadership, Lorena developed firsthand expertise in relationship management, strategic decision-making, team development, accountability, and performance. Working directly with both guests and teams shaped her understanding of how communication, judgment, consistency, and professional standards influence not only individual performance, but the broader success of an operation.
Throughout her career, Lorena became known for bringing structure to complexity, strengthening accountability, developing people, and creating greater consistency in how teams communicate and perform. Her leadership approach is grounded in clarity, empathy, and intention, with an emphasis on developing people who can think critically, make sound decisions, take ownership, and understand how their individual performance connects to larger organizational goals.
